How the Refund Process Works

You'll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll outline the amount and expected processing timeline.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will return to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 days.

Common Refund Scenarios

Changed Your Mind Early

If you've enrolled but realized the program isn't quite what you expected within the first two weeks, and you haven't dived too deep into the materials yet, you're likely eligible for a full refund. Just reach out before the 14-day mark.

Technical Difficulties

Sometimes our platform doesn't play nicely with certain systems. If you've experienced persistent technical issues that prevented you from accessing content, let us know. We'll work to resolve the issue first, but if we can't fix it, we'll discuss refund options.

Program Not As Described

We strive for accuracy in our course descriptions. If you feel the content significantly differs from what was advertised, contact us within 21 days. We'll review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

Completed Majority of Content

If you've accessed more than 75% of the program materials, refunds typically aren't available. You've received most of the value we've promised. However, if there's an exceptional circumstance, we're willing to discuss it.

Duplicate Purchase

Accidentally enrolled twice? It happens. Contact us immediately, and we'll refund the duplicate charge in full, usually within 3-5 business days.
