Master Financial Analysis For Real Business Decisions

Our approach focuses on practical skills you'll actually use. Learn how to interpret financial data, spot trends, and make decisions that affect your business bottom line. We started teaching this in 2019 because business owners kept asking us for help.

How We Got Here

Started from questions business owners kept asking. Now we help people understand their numbers and make better decisions.

2019

Started With Real Problems

Business owners in Rockhampton kept asking for help making sense of their financial reports. Not the fancy stuff — just understanding cash flow and profit margins. So we started teaching small groups.

2021

Built Practical Methods

We realized most financial education is too academic. People need to spot problems fast and fix them. Developed our analysis framework based on what actually works in Australian businesses.

2023

Expanded Our Reach

More businesses needed this. Started working with companies across Queensland. Found that retail, hospitality, and trades all have similar challenges with financial visibility.

2025

Looking Ahead

Next intake starts September 2025. Planning more hands-on workshops and case studies from real businesses. Want to help more people feel confident about their financial decisions.

Our Teaching Approach

We focus on what actually matters when you're running a business. No unnecessary theory.

Real Data Analysis

Work with actual financial statements from Australian businesses. Learn to spot issues before they become problems. Practice with realistic scenarios you'll encounter.

Pattern Recognition

Teach you to recognize warning signs in cash flow, identify seasonal patterns, and understand what your numbers are telling you about business health.

Decision Frameworks

Simple frameworks for making financial decisions. Whether it's pricing, investment, or cost control — we give you structured ways to think through options.

What Changes After Learning

People who finish our program tend to feel more in control of their business finances.

From Confused to Confident

Most people come to us feeling overwhelmed by their financial reports. They know the numbers are important but don't know what to do with them.

After working through our program, they can:

  • Read financial statements without getting lost in accounting jargon
  • Spot cash flow problems weeks before they become critical
  • Make pricing decisions based on actual cost analysis
  • Understand when to invest and when to hold back
  • Talk to accountants and understand what they're saying

The confidence that comes from understanding your numbers makes a real difference in how you run your business.

Built For Australian Businesses

Everything we teach applies directly to how business works in Australia.

What Makes Us Different

We started this because generic financial education doesn't work. American business advice doesn't translate. UK systems are different. Even courses from Sydney miss the mark for regional businesses.

Our case studies come from Queensland businesses. The challenges we discuss are ones you actually face. Tax implications? We use Australian tax law. Cash flow timing? Based on real Australian payment cycles.

Been doing this since 2019. Worked with retail shops in Rockhampton, cafes in Mackay, trades businesses across Central Queensland. Same fundamental financial principles, but applied to real situations.

Next program intake is October 2025. Classes run for 12 weeks with practical assignments between sessions. Limited to 15 participants so everyone gets attention.

What Participants Say

Honest feedback from people who've completed the program.

I finally understand my profit and loss statement. Used to just hand everything to my accountant and hope for the best. Now I can see problems coming and do something about them before they get serious.

The pattern recognition stuff changed how I look at my numbers. Can now spot seasonal trends and plan inventory better. Wish I'd learned this years ago — would have saved some stressful months.
